When a client returns from SOME's intensive addictions recovery program, there are many barriers that make the return to city life challenging. SOME operates transitional housing programs for men and women. These programs provide a safe and structured living environment where each resident is empowered to move from dependence to independence by pursuing an effective recovery program, finding and maintaining a steady source of income, and securing recovery-friendly long-term housing.
