Amazing Art
Your gift provides art therapy for 35 mentally ill homeless adults for one month. Art therapy is one way that SOME addresses the special needs of each individual, providing a solid foundation for mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and social development.
SOME's Isaiah House is a daytime socialization program for men and women with chronic mental illness. The program empowers participants by providing them with a healthy self-image, building skills, and by improving self-confidence. Participants receive social work services, two hot meals a day, counseling, life-skills classes, arts and crafts, and recreation.
