SOME Place for Kids
Independence Place also includes an after school enrichment and nutrition program called SOME Place for Kids. This extensive program offers tutoring, mentoring, life skills training, character building activities, and social and cultural development opportunities to the children who live at Independence Place. SOME is currently seeking energetic adults to share their time and talents with our youth. Volunteers are needed from 3:30pm to 6:30pm Monday - Friday. SOME Place for Kids |
