Jordan House
Jordan House crisis stabilization program will provide short-term residential supportive services to DC residents who are experiencing a psychiatric crisis. The goal is to create a safe, therapeutic, welcoming and comfortable environment which will facilitate rapid stabilization of psychiatric symptoms. The program will provide a comprehensive assessment, intensive individual counseling and case management support. Each client will receive an individualized treatment plan in collaboration with external providers and available family members or significant supporters. SOME would like to thank Crossing Place, the first program of this kind in DC, for all of their help and support as we model our program after your success. Jordan House
