We had such a great response from the #FillSOMEBowls campaign, we've started a new monthly cooking series called #WholeSOMEEats. Hosted by SOME's Marketing Team and Wellness Programs once a month, follow us and then join us on Instagram Live and learn about the programs and services provided to the DC community at SOME while watching how to make your new favorite recipe!

This holiday season Gallagher, a global leader in insurance, risk management and consulting services, will be hosting a food drive where participants' donations will directly benefit those in need, in partnership with SOME (So Others Might Eat). The drive will run between November 15th-January 7th.


S.O.M.E..png ABW Share SOME Love Food Drive

ABW Appliances is delighted to be partnering with SOME (So Others Might Eat) for the Share SOME Love Food Drive from November 15th – December 15th. SOME aids people experiencing homelessness and poverty in Washington, DC through supportive services, including food and healthcare.

MetroCooking DC is a culinary and entertaining extravaganza benefiting SOME (So Others Might Eat). The two-day event fits everything a fan of cooking or entertaining could want under one roof. MetroCooking DC features a marketplace full of shopping, live cooking demonstrations by the hottest chefs in DC, cooking classes, tasting, and entertaining workshops, and presentations from top Food Network celebrities. This is a one-of-a-kind event for anyone who loves to cook or entertain!

The 15th annual MetroCooking DC show will take place December 4-5, 2021 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC. Doors open at 10:00 AM. Tickets can be found under our TICKETS  tab or by visiting here.
